600 block of Emory Avenue, Thursday Someone poured kitty litter into two gas tanks on a truck.

BELMONT

Carmelita Avenue, 4:51 p.m. Thursday A female received explicit photos on her phone from an unknown person.

Chesterton Avenue, 10:12 p.m. Saturday Loud children playing in a bouncy house were reported to be creating a disturbance.

REDWOOD CITY

Roosevelt Avenue, 8:32 p.m. Friday Soccer players were reported to be harassing baseball players.

El Camino Real, 9:03 p.m. Saturday A man in his 20s, short and shirtless, was seen running from a man with gray hair and holding a belt.

NEWARK

Sunset Avenue, 11:16 p.m. Saturday A 26-year-old woman less than forthcoming about how she got into an unoccupied house was arrested for public intoxication when the family got home.

Cherry Street, 3:31 a.m. Monday An intoxicated man trying to pick a fight with family members was arrested. When he stepped outside, they locked the door behind him and called police.

FOSTER CITY

1030 E. Hillsdale Blvd., 5:33 p.m. Friday A female reported being screamed at earlier in the day by her former employer.

Beach Park Boulevard and Teal Street and East Third Avenue, 6:14 and 6:42 p.m. Friday Two wind surfers in distress were assisted.

BURLINGAME

Paloma Avenue and Edgehill Drive, 4:17 p.m. Thursday A person at Paloma Playground pointed out an 80-year-old man in a red station wagon believed to have a history of annoying children.

Capuchino Avenue, 1:07 p.m. Friday Police assisted an 88-year-old woman being harassed by a repairman who said she would be in danger if she didn’t get her appliances fixed.

1208 Donnelly Ave., 3:34 p.m. Friday A heavyset woman with short bleached hair made off with a cast iron pot from Sur La Table.
